Advice 2: Profile class
The frame and the casement are made from a special PVC profile. Window manufacturers order it from profile manufacturers and then cut it into pieces and weld at future window corners.
This way the casement and the subframe are being made. Profiles should be of a respectable class:
- A - thickness of their external walls equals or exceeds 2,8 mm,
- or class B - profiles with thinner walls, but not thinner than 2,5 mm - they are usually a bit cheaper alternative, but the price can also depend from overall configuration of the entire valued window.
